Shipping policy

We stock all our products and orders are normally dispatched the next working day with Royal Mail. Parcels are sent Tracked 24  (Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24® the next working day; however can take up to 2 working days) and large letters also sent first class so they should arrive in 1-3 days.

Please note we don't dispatch items during the weekend. Please click here for the latest information from Royal Mail about deliveries.

The cost of the postage and packaging is shown on the checkout, depending on your location. We can also add a gift message if you are buying a present, just select the option at the checkout.

Due to some new (stupid!) regulations we are currently unable to send to the following countries. We're really sorry, believe us we would love to but at the moment it's just not possible with the costs involved:

• Northern Ireland
• Europe (including Ireland)
• USA

Where items are an irregular shape, sometimes we may have to use a courier service to get them to you safely. These packages will be trackable and we will provide the tracking information to you via email.

Please double check your order and the email confirmation including the delivery address. If you spot any errors please contact us immediately. We will try to make any alterations provided the item has not already been produced and posted. Remember it is your responsibility to make sure the details provided are correct.

If the item you have purchased is on pre-order, please refer to the confirmation email for the expected dispatch date which was included in the product description at the time of ordering.

Please be assured we do everything in our control to make sure you receive the items quickly. Once your order is dispatched we will send you an email with the tracking information.

Worldwide Delivery

We delivery across the globe (except the EU, Northern Ireland and USA) currently due to new rules. Please make sure you include a local phone number with your order details as we often have to include that in the paperwork.

Products are normally sent tracked by Royal Mail and we will provide the tracking details in your dispatch email. We may send parcels with other delivery couriers such as Evri depending on the weight.

Please note parcels may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Your items may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
